NEW SUBSTITUTED AMINE COMPOUND AND ITS PRODUCTION

PURPOSE:To provide a new substituted amine compound having anticholinergic action and sodium channel inhibiting action and effective for the prevention and treatment of urinary obstruction, etc. CONSTITUTION:The compound of formula I (group of formula II is cycloalkyl or cycloalkenyl; R<1> and R<2> are H, alkyl, cycloalkyl or aryl; R<3> is alkyl, alkynyl or cycloalkyl; R<4> is H, alkyl or aralkyl; R<3> and R<4> may together form a heterocyclic group; R<5> and R<6> are H or OH) and its salt, e.g. (-)-N-t-butyl-4,4-diphenyl-2 cyclopentenylamine. The compound can be produced by reacting a compound of formula Ill (X is eliminable group) with an amine of formula IV or its salt.
