<p>PURPOSE: To improve the light-transmissive property and the degree of convergence of light, to improve the sensitivity, and to suppress diffused reflection of incident light to minimize an interference phenomenon. CONSTITUTION: A rugged structure is formed on a semiconductor substrate 31, and photo diodes 32 to 34 are provided on surfaces of recessed parts, and a conductive film 35 and an insulating film 37 are provided on projecting parts, thus forming a charge coupled device(CCD). A flat layer 39 and condenser lenses 41 in recessed parts are formed on the CCD, and colored layers 45, 49, and 53 are formed on them in positions corresponding to photo diodes 32 to 34 with intermediate layers 47, 51, and 55 between them. A lens layer 57 and lenses 59 to 61 in parts corresponding to photo diodes 32 to 34 are formed on the top intermediate layer 55. Condenser lenses 41 are provided in this manner to improve the light-transmissive property and the degree of convergence of light, and sensitivities of photo diodes 32 to 34 are improved.</p> |
