PURPOSE:To make phase adjustment of a body of rotation by a smaller force and increase the amount of adjustment. CONSTITUTION:A chain 34 is wound on an impeller 31 and a drive sprocket 32. A tension is applied to the chain 34 from its outside by a first moving sprocket 35 and a second moving sprocket 36 to move them, to which a tension reverse to each other is applied through a moving member 37, to alter the phase of the impeller 31 by a smaller force. Also the positions of the first moving sprocket 35 and the second moving sprocket 36 are set so that the amount of movement of the moving part 37 can be increased to increase the amount of adjustment of the phase. |
