摘要

The gas discharging indicator device is composed of; a pair of circuit boards (10,20) having a constna clearance; parallel electrodes which are arranged at a distance and are crossed in a matrix form on each of first circuit board; a gas discharging indicator device formed with an appropriated discharging shell at the crossing point of each parallel electrode; a supporting electrodes which are formed at the inner side of the first circuit board being insulated with the first parallel electrode; and the electrical potential imposed to the supporting electrode is smaller than the of the potential being applied to the formation and maintenance of the gas discharging shells.
