METHOD TO MANUFACTURE TWO SHEETS OF LAMINATED DECORATIVE PLATES SIMULTANEOUSLY BY ONE-STAGE PRESS

PURPOSE: To simultaneously efficiently manufacture two completed decor laminate boards by discharging both the boards from an opened single-level platen press, and separating integrated peripheral edges by trimming. CONSTITUTION: A separate layer 2 is provided at one laminate, and other laminate 1 is laminated thereon. In this case, the layer 2 is placed by retaining a peripheral edge 3 between both the laminates. Then, in the case of pressing the laminates to decor laminate boards, it is necessary to integrally connect both the laminates or the boards only at the edges 3. That is, a single board is formed similarly to the conventional manufacture of the boards in the press, and discharged from the open press. Further, two boards can be obtained by trimming. The trimming can be conducted similarly by a conventional apparatus.
