<p>PURPOSE: To provide an automatic circulation device for a waste water pump station, which is inexpensive, hardly clogs and is explosion-proof, by opening and closing a valve with the use of only a mechanical means. CONSTITUTION: On the high pressure side, the connection between a pump unit or a time pump and a pump station is opened for circulation. A ball valve 9 takes a position which is fully off from the stream which is therefore prevented from being hindered. The stream passing through a valve housing 7 rapidly produces vacuum so as to affect upon a diaphragm 11. This is used for closing the valve with a certain time lag. Bellows 14 are located on the opposite side of the housing 7, and is connected to an opening 13 in a valve cup 12 through a connection pipe line 15. The area of the opening 13 and the degree of vacuum determine the speed of upward motion of the diaphragm, thereby it is possible to preferably adjust the time of closing the valve.</p> |
