发明名称 DETECTING DEVICE OF EXTRANEOUS SUBSTANCE IN FLUID INSIDE TUBE
摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To enable accurate detection of an extraneous substance in a fluid inside a tube without removing the tube. CONSTITUTION:An AE sensor 1 is fitted to a curved part 13 of a tube 10. This AE sensor 1 detects AE generated when an extraneous substance 12 strikes on the wall surface of the curved part 13 of the tube 10, and outputs an AE signal to a comparator 6. This comparator 6 compares the AE signal with a reference value and outputs a signal showing that the extraneous substance 12 strikes on the curved part 13, when the level of the AE signal exceeds the reference value. Without removing the tube 10, accordingly, the extraneous substance 12 in a fluid inside the tube can always be detected. Besides, the output of the comparator 6 is counted by a counter 7 and an integrated value of this counter 7 is displayed in a display device 8. Thereby the quantity of the extraneous substance in the fluid inside the tube can be detected.</p>
