PURPOSE:To obtain a sheet having a woodgrain pattern, checkered pattern or the like by rotatably placing specified rotor blocks in the passages communicating between a plurality of manifolds and a die lip and varying the quality and color of molding materials in the width direction of a sheet. CONSTITUTION:A small mover block 7 is mavably placed in the small passage 6 penetrating through a rotor element 5. A rotor block 9 formed by coupling a plurality of such rotor elements 5 so that their small passages 6 are not aligned with each other is rotatably placed in one 4a of communicating passages 4 between manifolds 2 and a die lip 3, each small mover block 7 being capable of movement by the pressure of a molding material 8. The second rotor block 12, which is provided with a mover block 10 in the passage 11 so that the block 10 can be moved by the pressure of a molding material 13, is rotatably placed in the remaining communicating passage 4b. Changing the coupling positions of the rotor elements 5 so that the positions of the small passages 6 vary from each other permits sheets having various kinds of patterns to be formed.
