PURPOSE:To heighten reliability of strength of assembling and improve work efficiency by assembling component parts of a nozzle by caulking. CONSTITUTION:The body 8 of a metallic nozzle, an insulating sleeve 7 and a screw fitting 6 are caulked simultaneously from outside of the body 8 of the metallic nozzle in the direction perpendicular to the center of axis, and knurling is made on outer surface of the body 8 of the metallic nozzle by a caulking die 9. The face 9a of the die 9 which is in contact with the body 8 of the nozzle is knurled. As mentioned above, assembling of parts is made by caulking instead of pressing in. Accordingly, movable fit size can be used for each part, tolerance limit becomes larger, reliability of strength of assembling improves and work efficiency also improves. |
