PURPOSE: To realize a low power consumption and a maximum sensitivity in a circuit device for sanitary apparatus controlled without contacting. CONSTITUTION: A transmitter 3 and a receiver 4 which receives reflected light reflected by an object 7 of radiation light emitted from the transmitter are provided. In the first initialization after first attachment, the capacity of the transmitter 3 is increased in a long normal time period until an evaluation circuit 5 connected to the receiver 4 is operated by reflection from the stationary object 7 in a monitor range, and the capacity of the transmitter 3 is slightly reduced then, and the normal operation is started, and the evaluation circuit 5 is not operated for the stationary object 7, and a movable object is monitored in a maximum allowable monitor range, and a maximum sensitivity is realized. |
