TAB FRAME; CONNECTING METHOD OF IT TO SUBSTRATE

PURPOSE: To accurately position a TAB tape to be mounted on a substrate by a simple structure. CONSTITUTION: On a TAB frame 10, a signal trace and arranging traces 42 are provided. The arranging traces 42 are accurately positioned to the signal trace and have corner pads 32 to be bonded to connection points formed on the substrate. The corner pads 32 are used to position the frame 10 on the substrate, thus accurately positioning the frame 20 easily.
