Meanwhile, the preceding frame data of the luminance signal of MUSE converted to the digital signal via an input terminal 6 and a detection signal detecting the standstill level in five steps at a control signal detection circuit 10 are inputted to the circuit 34. The current frame data and the preceding frame data are mixed based on the detection signal detecting the standstill level in five steps, and a result is outputted from the circuit 34. Thereby, the circuit can be simplified, and a cost can be reduced.</p>
