PURPOSE: To simulate the spectrum response of a human's eye by improving the size and shape dimension of a sensing means to simulate color suppression and other effect. CONSTITUTION: The sensing means having a predetermined size and a predetermined shape dimension capable of simulating arbitrary filter response is provided to an image sensing device of a type using a resolving and sensing means and incorporated in a small sized selfperfection type image resolving and sensing apparatus equipped with a transparent substrate for resolving an incident image by a refraction, diffraction or other proper mechanism. The sensing means can be directly arranged on one surface of the transparent substrate. A logical and selection circuit is integrally formed along with the sensing means at the same time.
