<p>PURPOSE:To provide an aqueous printing ink which is suitable for gravure and flexographic printings to polyolefin films having surfaces especially subjected to a corona discharge treatment, etc., and which has improved laminating suitability. CONSTITUTION:An aqueous printing ink composition is characterized by including a vehicle ingredient dissolved or dispersed in an aqueous medium, the vehicle ingredient being produced by neutralizing a copolymer with a basic substance, and the copolymer being produced by copolymerizing a monomer mixture comprising (A) 5-75wt.% of a (meth)acrylate ester monomer having a 3-5C branched alkyl group, (B) 5-30wt.% of a (meth)acrylic ester monomer having an alkylene oxide group, (C) 5-30wt.% of an alpha,beta-monoethylenic unsaturated carboxylic acid monomer, if necessary, (D) 0-5wt.% of a di(meth)acrylic ester monomer having an alkylene oxide group, and (E) 0-40wt.% of any other comonomer.</p> |
