PURPOSE: To provide a transparent substrate material containing a coating of a type useful in an electrophotographic image forming method, a dot matrix printer and an ink jet printer. CONSTITUTION: The transparent substrate material comprises a supporting substrate, and an ink toner receiving coating composition on both sides of the substrate containing an adhesive layer and an antistatic layer contained on two surfaces of the adhesive layer in such a manner that the antistatic layer contains mixtures or complexes of metal halides or urea compounds both with polymers containing oxyalkylene segments. According to the substrate material, at the time of forming an image in a xerographic image forming apparatus, dot matrix printer or an ink jet printer, improved toner flowability is given, and the transparent material having substantial performance is provided for a long time. |
