PURPOSE:To realize an economical application of the common demodulator circuit in the system that transmits the multiplexed signal to a single controller from several memory devices, by transmitting the memory information via the same signal transmission line. CONSTITUTION:The selection signal C that selects the floppy disk device FDD22c incorporating no demodulator circuit is delivered from the floppy disk controller FDC1. In such case, the read signal (b) before demodulation of the FDD22c is put into the signal demodulator circuit 30 of the FDD22a incorporating a demodulator circuit and via the multiplexed signal transmission line A. On the other hand, the read signal (a) before demodulation is supplied to the FDC1 to complete the reading of the information. In such way, the circuit 30 of the FDD22a can be used in common to other FDDs. |
