The present invention relates to a mobile device for the upkeep of parks and gardens, in particular a mower, having means for collecting the vegetable waste, consisting of a tubular container (2) whose upstream end is threaded around a shaft (1) inside which the vegetable waste emerges, and the downstream part (4) has a sealed lower end (5). The device includes means for sealing the upper part of the flexible tubular container (2) as well as cutting means.
