PURPOSE: To provide a pulse width modulation valve constitution which can be used as the substitute of a variable force solenoid valve in which an intra pressure feedback is provided, and an output pressure is in proportion to an input command. CONSTITUTION: A pulse width modulation valve constitution 16 is constituted of an on/off solenoid valve or a pulse width modulation valve 38, damper accumulator 40, and pressure converter 42 for pressure feedback. |
