PURPOSE:To improve efficiency for conveyance by optimizing the kind and amount of parts to be loaded corresponding to the attributes of parts and pallets at each time of transportation at the shipment instructing device to load the many kinds of parts onto the pallets and to ship them. CONSTITUTION:An input/output device 100 inputs the shipping plan of parts and outputs the shipped results of parts. A storing means 101 stores the attribute data of respective parts and the attribute data of pallets to load parts. Based on the shipping plan, a shipment instructing arithmetic processing means 102 decides the pallets to be used for conveyance and the kind and amount of parts to be loaded onto the pallet by using the attribute data of the parts and the pallets. A shipment instructing means 103 instructs the decided pallet and the kind and amount of parts. A conveyance attribute data storing means 104 stores the destination and the attribute data of a conveying means. A shipment instruction optimizing means 105 optimizes a shipment instruction at each time of transportation. |
