PURPOSE:To increase withstand voltage and reduce equivalent series resistance, by forming electrolyte of non-aqueous electrolytic solution by using salt having specified composition. CONSTITUTION:Electrolyte of non-aqueous electrolytic solution is formed by using salt expressed by formula, in the formula, R, R' represent H, a 1-15C alkyl group or allyl group, or a 6-15C arryl group, X represents BF4, PF6, ClO4, AsF6, SbF6, AlCl4, or RfSO3, Rf represents a 1-8C fluoroalkyl group. Metal case members 4, 5 turning to a negative pole side and a positive pole side collector electrodes are constituted of SUS430. Polarizable electrodes 1, 2 are constituted by grinding active carbon, adding binder, and press-molding them. The polarizable electrodes 1, 2 and the case members 4, 5 are mutually bonded by using a carbon paste layer 7. |
