<p>PURPOSE: To precisely follow-up a clock time to a reference time in the outside time reference system of a plurality of computer complexes. CONSTITUTION: A plurality of mutually phase-locked time(TOD) clocks are constituted so as to be steered to one high precise reference clock. A count stored in a time counter is cyclically compared with a reference count corresponding to one of the time clocks, and an error signal is supplied. A proportional correction signal is fetched from the error signal, and applied to each time clock with certain offset, clock frequencies are adjusted, and the time count is steered to the reference count. Steering offset is dynamically adjusted, and when an offset signal is singularly applied as a correction signal, the frequency of the time clock is followed-up to the frequency of the reference clock.</p> |
