<p>PURPOSE: To provide a diverter valve for high temperature fluid the valve body of which can be manufactured of not very expensive metal such as carbon steel. CONSTITUTION: A diverter valve 10 is furnished with a gate 25 to close one 23 or the other 24 of parallel valve seats aligned on outlets 18, 19 from a valve body 11. The valve body is manufactured of metal which has comparatively low heat resistance of carbon steel or others but not very expensive, and the valve seats 23, 24 and the other inner parts 25, 45, etc., are manufactured of expensive stainless steel or a high heat resistant metal.</p> |
