<p>PURPOSE: To provide an eddy current probe which is not affected by the influence of noise. CONSTITUTION: The eddy current probe uses partial magnetic field saturation and comprises two or more eddy current measuring coil assemblies on a permanent magnet in a probe housing. The assembly has a first bobbin test coil 43 and a second bobbin test coil 45 which are isolated from one another, and disposed at the positions of different magnetic field saturations.</p> |
