摘要 PURPOSE: To perform the secure decoupling of the high frequency vibration even in the case where the pressure inside of a working chamber is high by providing a working chamber and a compensation chamber connected to each other through an overflowing groove and filled with the liquid and a film provided adjacent to the working chamber so that the electrodynamic vibration of the film is generated in relation to the predetermined operation parameter. CONSTITUTION: A film 18 is formed of a rigid plate, and a back side thereof is connected to an exciting body 17 made of the piezoelectric material. This exciting body 17 itself is a rigid member and not compressed even in the case where the high pressure is generated in a working chamber 1, and position of the film plate 18 is regulated by the only arrangement of the exciting body 17. When the exciting body 17 is excited, the film plate 18 follows the shrinkage and the expansion of the exciting body 17, but the film plate 18 does not move large in response to the vibration of the exciting body 17. Since the high frequency vibration inside of an engine mount generally has an amplitude at about 0.1 mm, movement of the film plate 18 with a small stroke generated independently of a large pressure fluctuation inside of the working chamber 1 is enough to perfectly or partially eliminate the high frequency pressure fluctuation at a small amplitude overlapped with the low frequency pressure fluctuation.
