PURPOSE: To save a fuel consumption amount and to improve a flight performance by using a fiber preform, metal mesh, adhesive film and injection resin. CONSTITUTION: Support materials 7 adhered to both sides of an adhesive resin film are released from one side face of an adhesive resin piece 6, and stuck to a predetermined part of a fibrous preform 3. Then, the material 7 of the other side of the piece 6 is released. A metal mesh 10 formed in a desired shape is arranged on the preform 3, and the mesh 10 is fixed to the preform 3 by the piece 6. Thereafter, a transfer molding machine of the resin in which the preform 3 and the mesh 10 are set is closed. Then, the resin and a crosslinker are mixed, injected in molds 1, 15 of the machine and molded. Thus, a fuel of an aircraft can be saved, and a flight performance is improved. |
