摘要

PURPOSE:To perform build-up welding successively on the worn surface to repair it in a state with the worn crushing element fitted to the inside of a gyratory crusher. CONSTITUTION:The crushing element 12 is rotated by a rotating means 18 provided above the crushing element 12 supported by a bearing of the gyratory crusher 10. An elevating member 32 provided with a holding part 34 of a welding wire 46 is moved in the longitudinal direction of the crushing element 12, the welding wire 46 is connected to a welding machine 66 and build-up welding by multilayer welding is performed successively on the worn surface 12a to repair it by rotation of the crushing element 12 and movement of the tip of the welding wire 46.
