<p>PURPOSE: To minimize the structural space and simplify the structure of an arrangement for changing the valve control timing of an internal-combustion engine. CONSTITUTION: In one end 3 of a camshaft 1, an axial cylinder-shaped notch 42 is arranged in which a cylinder 43 is inserted to isolate an annular outside space 44, via which a first space 40 adjacent to a connecting member 34 is connected to a first hole 23 in the camshaft 1 connecting to an oil circuit. When shifted into its first position S1, a cutoff mechanism constructed as an ON/OFF valve fills the first space 40 with oil.</p> |
