PURPOSE: To provide an immunoassay for simultaneously verifying the presence or amount of at least one type antibody in sample. CONSTITUTION: Sample is brought into contact with solid phase support in which one or more types of antigens are immobilized as another test site at sufficient time and condition to form antigen-antibody complex. The complex is brought into contact with a bond signal generating system having antibody bonded to signal or amplifying system capable of detecting to exhibit antibody positive or antibody negative for the sample by generating signal capable of quantitatively measuring in correlation to the signal of normally negative sample, and then the generated signal is measured to detect the presence of the complex existed on a solid phase support.
