摘要 PURPOSE: To execute alignment of a prescribed laser beam by combining firs and second plane mirrors having control means capable of executing the rotation around the perpendicular axis of a beam line and the movement in directions perpendicular to the axes of rotation thereof. CONSTITUTION: A base structure 18 includes the first and second plane mirrors 14, 16. The first mirror 14 receives the beam 4 from a laser beam source 2 and reflects this beam to the second mirror 16. The second mirror 16 reflects the beam along an output line 8. Both mirrors are made rotatable about the axis perpendicular to the incident beam line on the base structure 18 and are made movable in the directions D, E perpendicular to the axes A, B of rotation. The mirrors are provided with the control means capable of rotating the mirrors indepently of the translational movement and vice versa. As a result, the rapid and easy adjustment of the beam line is made possible.
