PURPOSE:To perform dissolution or mixing of liquid and solid in a short time and perform dispersion of high degrees in a stable state by circulating a solid-liquid mixture in a dissolving tank while stirring the same and grinding the solids on the way of the circulation thereof. CONSTITUTION:A solid-liquid mixture 2 such as an adhesive or paint and an org. solvent or the like is put in a dissolving tank 1, and is stirred with a stirrer 3. If necessary, a condenser 5 is attached to the upper part of the tank 1, to condense and recirculate the evaporating liquid component. The mixture 2 is discharged from the bottom of the tank 1 with a high-viscosity pump 6, and is circulated to the upper part of the tank 1. A grinding dissolving machine such as a line mixer 7 is disposed on the way of the circulation to shear and grind the solid component in the mixture 2. A change-over valve 8 is provided in this circulating line, and the mixture after the completion of mixing is taken out. This method offers increased mixing speed, improved productivity and lessened manpower. |
