<p>PURPOSE: To reduce load for programming a format interpreter by allowing actual use of an specially ordered format or a rarely used format. CONSTITUTION: A format 10 holds the types of one or more various fields 20, 22, and 24, and the other non-field information. The format generating part of the device automatically encodes information related with the fields 20, 22, and 24, synthesizes the encoded information, and turns it into the electronic expression or printed expression of the format 10. Next, the format interpreter part of the device reads the field description of the field 10 from the format 10 itself, and interprets the format 10 based on the description. The encoded information related with the format fields 20, 22, and 24 is directly positioned on the format 10 so that the format printer can be speedily easily, and automatically programmed for the specific format 10.</p> |
