The plough share (1) is mounted into a plough frame by means of a jointed cross-shaft axle (5). A lifting cylinder (25) is used to position the plough share in the transport position. The self activating arresting mechanism (37) consists of a buffer stop (21) connected to the lifting cylinder, adjustable for height and a second buffer stop (20a), which is non adjustable and is located on the side of the support frame.
