PURPOSE: To hook up a fish from a support by forming a slot communicating with a circular opening below an opening of a rectangular member, and by attaching an elastic plug cooperating with the circular opening, to the leading end part of a fishing line drooping from a fishing rod. CONSTITUTION: A player throws a plug 74 made of elastic material onto a pipe 36, and draws horizontally a finishing line 72 until the fishing line 72 comes onto a notch 44 in order to move the plug 74 along the pipe 36. When the fishing line 72 is drawn until the plug 74 approaches the pipe 36, the plug 74 drops forward, and accordingly, the fishing line 72 comes into a slot 44 or onto a member 46. It the fishing line 72 comes onto the member 46, when the fishing line is drawn rightward, the fishing line 72 passed through a slot 56 and then, slides down along an inclined part of the member 46 until it drops into an opening 58 of a fish 50. Then the fishing line 72 is drawn further, a tapered part 80 of the plug 74 is received into the opening 58. By further drawing the fishing line 72, the fish 50 is hooked up from the notch 44. With the provision of a timing device, the time by which all fishes are hooked up can be determined. |
