PURPOSE: To easily detect tree position of a defective component on a circuit board to facilitate taking measures against it by dividing the circuit board into a plurality of circuit regions, and selectively separating time circuit regions by removal of connector members on the boundary between the regions. CONSTITUTION: The space of a circuit board 10 is divided into eight circuit regions 16, 18 to 30, and conductor trace lines 36, 38 connected to circuit components on the regions are separately provided on the boundary between time adjacent regions. e.g. 16, 18. By tightening connector members 46, 48 to 60 against the board 10, the conductive members of the members 46 to 60 are pressed into contact with the trace lines 36, 38. If the board 10 malfunctions, the members 46 to 60 are removed and the regions 16 to 30 are separated, whereby the position of a defective component on the board 10 can easily be detected. It is therefore made easier to take measures when a failure occurs. |
