PURPOSE:To make an electric wire difficult to be disconnected due to repeated bending, and enable free wiring in an effective space with flexibility by providing a torsional fixing part at a portion where wire harness bending is expected. CONSTITUTION:In a door wire harness 1, a torsional fixing part 4 is formed at the middle part of a bundle 3 composed of plural insulating coating electric wire 2, and a corrugate tube 5 is covered on the fixing port 4. Torsion is applied in a given section of the electric wire bundle 3 in the fixing part 4, and both the sides of the torsion part are wound with vinyl tapes 8 together with grommets 7 to be bundled and fixed for retaining a torsion condition. The torsion is made in a range of 90-180 deg.. Disconnection is eliminated even the fixing part 4 is repeatedly bent due to opening and closing a door by insertedly fixing one side of the grommets 7 to a door side and the other side to a body side respectively. |
