<p>A resistor (4) is connected at its one end to a voltage source (5), and a current path (1) with a driver circuit (12) connected to the other end. A second current path (2) is connected at its one end to the other end of the resistor (4) and includes a driver circuit (22). A controller (3) operates the driver circuits (12,22) alternately. The driver circuits (12,22) are operated at intervals so that the first current path (1) will conduct for a period of time longer than the required period of time and that the second current path (22) will cut off for a period of time shorter than the allowable period of time.</p> |
