PURPOSE:To fix a lamp at an aperture of a back surface of a mirror using binding agent easily. CONSTITUTION:A lamp 1 is inserted to an aperture 3 in a back surface of a semi-spherical mirror 2, and external lead pins 5, 6 of the lamp 1 are inserted into holes 8, 9 provided in a seal plate 7 tightly attached to an end surface 4 at the aperture part in the back surface of this mirror 2. next, the lamp 1 is temporarily moved to one side in the back surface aperture part 3 of the mirror 2, a dispenser nozzle 11 is inserted between the lamp 1 and the back surface aperture part of the mirror 2, binding agent is injected through it, the dispenser nozzle 11 is pulled off between them, and the lamp 1 is returned to a center position in the back surface aperture part 3 of the mirror 2. After the lamp 1 is lighted with a predetermined voltage, it is moved up/down, forward/ backward and right/left for performing a predetermined light adjustment, and the binding agent is dried and solidified after that. |
