PURPOSE:To achieve the accurate positioning of a long film by forming a plurality of through-holes to the long film at predetermined positions to detect the same by a plurality of the sensors provided to a measuring apparatus at predetermined positions. CONSTITUTION:Since a transmission hole 15 of a solution to be examined having an unused diffusion restricting film 16 provided thereto is exactly opposed to a spotting opening 20 at the point of time when the measurement of concn. of the previous time is completed, the solution to be examined can be spotted. Thereafter, a long film l is allowed to run by a motor 27 and a motor 27 is stopped by an ON-signal when a sensor 24a is exactly opposed to a through-hole 13a. At this time, the transmission hole 15 is exactly opposed to a measuring position 21a. When the measurement of concn. is completed, the film l is again allowed to run by the motor 27 and, at the point of time when the sensor 24a is exactly opposed to the end edge part of a through-hole 13b, the motor 27 is stopped. At this time, the next transmission hole 15 of the solution to be examined is exactly opposed to the opening 20. Since a sensor 24b is exactly opposed to the through-hole 13b in this state, a spottable state can be discriminated on the basis of the output signals from the sensors 21a, 24b. |
