<p>PURPOSE: To prevent a surface resistive body from changing an region, in which a cable runs with a preferable operating surface, i.e., a bent shape is provided by arranging the operating surface of the surface resistive body at least a specific distance from the front edge of a substrate and extending a cover layer to the substrate in the region of at least the operation surface. CONSTITUTION: In a region where fluid collides, a resistive material 10 is arranged at the specific distance from a front edge 48. Therefore, a blank region 46 is formed between a left edge part 50 of the surface resistance body 10 and the front edge 48 of the substrate. Further, a right edge part 52 of the surface resistance body 10 is arranged at a specific distance from a right edge part 54 of a substrate 12. The surface resistance body 10 is covered so that the area of the operation surface F, preferably an area exceeding this range, is sealed with a cover layer 60, consisting of a 1st layer 56 and a 2nd layer 58 above it. This cover layer 60 extends to the region of a free edge part of the substrate, i.e., the front edge 48 or the opposite-side edge part 54.</p> |
