PURPOSE:To make it possible to detect the causes of abnormal oscillation of rotary apparatus within the range of always appropriate frequency with accurately by making it possible to change the frequency analysis for rotational frequency and that for primary natural frequency alternately. CONSTITUTION:Shaft oscillation detector 12 installed in contact with rotary shaft 9 is connected with A/D converter 17 through amplifier 13 and the converter is connected to Fourier converter 18 and then comparator 19. Pulse gear 10 which rotates synchronously with shaft 9 is installed, projection 10A is attached to the outer circumference of the gear and then rotary synchronous signal generator 11 is set up oppositely to gear 10. Oscillator 15 which can set up to optional frequency is connected to signal switching unit 16, which switches a signal from timing circuit 14 and the one generated from oscillator 16 and output the switched signal to A/D converter 17. Thus, diagnosis is available within the range of always appropriate frequency independently of operational status. |
