S The invention relates to a mixing valve for hot and cold water comprising a cartridge type body, two overlapping disks, one fixed and the other one movable, which interact in opening and closing the water ducts, and a rotating and pivoted control lever to displace and position the movable disk on the fixed one to open or close the water flow. Said control lever is assisted by a slide gate to control the maximum water output by limiting the oscillation of the lever and by a ring designed to adjust the temperature of the mixed water by limiting the rota tion of said control lever.
