PURPOSE:To obtain a highly reliable control program for microcomputer applied equipment by improving the development efficiency of a program including interruption process programs. CONSTITUTION:This device is equipped with an in-circuit emulator(ICE) 1, an address detector 2, an address storage unit 3, a program storage unit 4, an address comparator 5, and a display device 6. The source programs of the main program and interruption process programs which are executed when the program is tested are displayed as flow charts and it can be confirmed which interruption program operates when which process on the main program is performed, so if the operation of the computer-applied equipment is abnormal, a program part which needs to be debugged can be found based on the flow chart. |
