PURPOSE: To continuously manufacture a honeycomb structure by adhering a plurality of composite sheets of the same waveshapes. CONSTITUTION: A waveshape thermoplastic fiber composite sheet 19 is sent onto a heating rod 24 extended in a long length on a support table 20. A sheet 18 is then supplied onto the sheet 19 to be superposed on the table 20. To fusion bond the sheets 18, 19 to each other, a bottom waveshape sheet 19 is placed on the previously inserted rods 24, and the rods 24 are disposed in a half- honeycomb space under a faucet 22 of the sheet 19, and the upper side waveshape sheet 8 is placed on the sheet 19. Then, a platen 25 having a contact member 26 is moved down, a lower side of the member 26 is engaged with a faucet 21 of the sheet 18, and the faucets 21, 22 are pressed to each other. Then, an impulse current is supplied to the member 26 via the rods 24, and the faucets 21, 22. |
