NEW MATERIAL:A propane derivative shown by the formula I (R<1> is alkanoyl or alkyl; R<2> is H or alkyl; R<3> is H or methoxy; R<4> is alkylamino or 4-phenylpiperazino) and its acid addition salt. EXAMPLE:1-( 4-Acetamidobenzyloxy )-3-( 4-phenylpiperazino )propane. USE:A sthenic remedy for intracranial pressure, tanquillizer, analgesic, antiemetic. Having intracranial pressure lowering action, center inhibiting action. PROCESS:A propane derivative shown by the formula II (Y is reactive group or atom) is reacted with a compound shown by the formula H-R<4> in a solvent, e.g., methanol, DMF, etc. at 20-100 deg.C, to give a compound shown by the formula I. The reaction is carried out in the presence or absence of an deoxidizer (e.g., triethylamine, N-methylpyridine, etc.). |
