PURPOSE: To make it possible to observe the color development at the time of processing of sausages by constituting a cellulose tube of first and second longitudinal long parts and longitudinally and continuously dispersing and incorporating specific coloring agents or pacifiers into the one part. CONSTITUTION: The slender cellulose tube 50 having a moisture content of <100wt.% based on the weight of completely dried cellulose is composed of the first slender part 53 and the second slender part 54. The coloring agents or pacifiers are longitudinally and continuously dispersed or incorporated into at least the one part thereof. The optical value different from the optical value of the other part is imparted to this part. Further, the surface area of the second part 54 to the first part 53 is set at about >=1:1 and the average opacity of the first part 53 is set larger by about >=0.5 than the value of the average opacity of the second part 54. The difference in the average opacity between the first part 53 and the second part 54 is set at <10 and the difference in the respective average values of any of the L value, (a) value or (b) value in the first part 53 and the second part 54 is set at about >=5. |
