CONGRUENTLY MELTNG COMPLEX OXIDES This invention is directed to a device comprising a material including a complex oxide of a congruent compositioin and involves the finding that the congruent composition of any complex oxide is non-stoichiometric. The congruent composition differs from stoichiometry by at least 0.1 atomic percent for each constituent element.
