<p>PURPOSE:To make a shifting time to a recording state short by immediately shifting a state to the recording state when a recording speed does not coincide with the recording speed already recorded. CONSTITUTION:When the state is shifted to the recording state from the stop state, a capstan is set to be under a reproducing state by the recording speed, first. Then, the recording speed is discriminated based on correlation between a reproducing control signal and a capstan FG signal. When it coincides with the recording speed which is recorded, the state is shifted to the recording state after it is detected by a coincidence discrimination circuit 23 that the phases of the reproducing control signal and a control signal which should be recorded are locked. When they do not coincide each other, the state is shifted to the recording state immediately after it is judged.</p> |
