<p>PURPOSE:To provide a decorative sheet to which a sharp embossed pattern having steeply raised edges is applied by preventing the air puncture of a foamed layer when mechanical embossing is applied to the foamed layer. CONSTITUTION:A layer composed of a vinyl chloride type resin composition containing a vinyl chloride type resin for paste, a vinyl chloride type suspension polymer and a chemical foaming agent is provided on a base material. This layer becomes a open-cell foamed layer by the synergistic action of the vinyl chloride type resin for paste and the vinyl chloride type suspension polymer and the open cells of this layer act as discharge paths for the gas due to the secondary foaming phenomenon at the time of the mechanical embossing applied to the layer directly or through a printing layer or at the time of heating and softening prior to embossing or the air expanding and moving at the time of the embossing or heating and softening to prevent air puncture.</p> |
