<p>PURPOSE:To provide a manufacture of a decorative material which possesses material feeling such as gloss and depth possessed by a natural tree and a form of a curved surface capable of covering a defect such as a crack or a tear or a fracture to be generated at the time of molding of a curved surface of a veneer of the natural tree. CONSTITUTION:A natural tree veneer 4, to which backing treatment 3 is performed beforehand, is laminated to the surface of a base 1 having the secondary or tertiary curved surface by vacuum pressure molding. Furthermore, a transfer sheet 7 having a synthetic resin film to which a grain pattern of a natural tree printing 5 is performed as a substrate film 6 is transferred by the vacuum pressure molding. Either a method transferring a transfer sheet 7 after laminating the natural tree veneer, which has completed backing, to the planer surface of the base 1 and the same is molded into the secondary or tertiary curved surface state or a method molding after laminating the natural tree veneer, which has completed the backing, to the surface of the planer base and the transfer sheet is laminated further and the same is molded into the secondary or tertiary curved surface state is taken.</p> |
