PURPOSE:To prescribe manufacture properties of a grain-oriented magnetic steel sheet and its manufacturing method as for a high silicon-contg. steel having the superlative properties as a soft magnetic material. CONSTITUTION:A high Si-contg. grain-oriented magnetic steel sheet in which the orientation integrated degree of crystalline grains is increased by secondary recrystallization and having extremely low core loss value is obtained. In this material, by selecting the combination range between its cold rolling temp. and the C content in the steel, cracks at the time of cold rolling are dissolved to obtain a secondary recrystallized structure having good orientation properties. Thus, a high silicon grain-oriented magnetic steel sheet having good soft magnetic properties as for core loss or the like can be offered. |
